Dr. Mario Campanelli is a particle physicist with over 20 years of experience in experiments at CERN, Gran Sasso (Italy) and Fermilab (USA). After earning a Master's degree in Rome, and his PhD at ETH Zurich, where he worked on the L3 experiment on the LEP collider at CERN, he worked as a researcher on neutrino physics at ETHZ, before moving to Geneva University where he mainly worked on the CDF experiment at the Tevatron. In 2007 he joined the faculty of University College London, to work on the ATLAS experiment at CERN. He is currently an associate professor, and recently joined the DUNE neutrino experiment in the US.
